「Lovely food and comfortable rooms. Staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are very cosy when the heating is on but chilly first thing in the morning. Heating could do with being on earlier. 」

「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」
