「Excellent stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price for meals a little on the high side but were well prepared and presented. Included breakfast with our package and was not dissapointed as plenty of choice. Rooms a little dated but who stays in their room all day. Very good leisure facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.」

Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. 」

「My husband, daughter and I enjoy stay at Novotel so much. It looks new and having good wifi. Air conditioner can adjust what temperature you want. We especially enjoy the breakfast, the place is big, seats comfortably and the foods many choices and good taste. We will stay again when we come coventry.」
