"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff was great. Most of the other staff members did not speak English, so that was a big challenge. The restaurant was nice but food was just ok. The views of the bay were amazing and the tunnel access to the beach was convenient. The beach was small but clean & the staff there was friendly. "

"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. "We had a premiere cottage which was terrific and overlooked the village and the sea at a distance. While you had to drive to get to dining and shopping options, it wasn't more than 5-7 minutes away."

"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"A wonderful stay. The hotel was perfect for us, travelling with a 3 year old. Very clean, perfect rooms, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing! Honestly the staff could not have been better, a wonderful team of helpful people! Thank you so much for our stay. It was a great start to our Italian holiday! "

"Owner very friendly and knowledgable about history and amenities of the location, also very helpful wth advice on where to eat and what to do. Country location so car is needed but set in beautiful Tuscan scenery not too far from the seaside. Everything an experienced traveller needs is provided for, I would recommend it."
