「I love that this hotel is in walking distance to all that was needed, food, shopping and excursions. room was cleaned daily and comfortable. Just the Tv In my room had issues but it was ok, was not on vacation to watch tv anyways. 」

However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. 」

「Initially, the driver was unable to find the property and had to call to get directions. Once I arrived, the receptionist was on lunch, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat. Once the receptionist arrived at 2 pm, I was told the room was not ready and I had to wait another hour.」

「Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very luxurious. The buffet has a moderate selection and it closes multiple times a day to switch from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The best restaurant is Flora highly recommended Latin food restaurant. Don't waste your time at the Asian restsurant. There are other options open during the times the buffet is closed. Room service never got my order right but it was still delicious and the wait time was good. You can order...

「Good spot close to beach. You have to be careful where you walk, the properties around are all inclusive and you aren't allowed to walk on their beach. Plenty of resturants within walking distance. Staff wasn't super friendly since we didn't speak Spanish fluently. 」
