"前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。"
