We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past but this weekend was different. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke immediately upon entering the third floor. When travelling with people who have allergies and/or asthma this isn’t good given it’s advertised as a smoke free facility.
The second night was extremely loud with very young children running the hallway unsupervised. We called the front desk and they said they were aware and would look into it. Almost 40 minutes later my children were still unable to sleep because of the noise outside in the hallway. We had to open the door and tell the children outside they were being extremely loud and keeping other children awake. When asked where their parents were they pointed to the other end of the hall. At one point there was a child around the age of three running the hallway with a shirt on but no pants on. A little consideration and respect for the people around you that travel for many different reasons not to mention the safety of your children would go a long way.
