The nightly Kickback Hour (5:30-7:00) is what sets this place apart from other hotels in the area. With food/traffic flow in mind, the only *minor* suggestion I'd make is to place small, counter top trash receptacles in areas that have condiments like salt, pepper, butter, etc. There are no options to discard small items in the center of the main food prep area, so you end up making several trips to the main trash cans just to prepare your food before finding a table. Again, VERY minor.
