Langley Cottage is my go-to accommodation in Coonabarabran. It's a beautiful older home, gorgeously renovated, clean, spacious, well appointed, with great guest facilities. Beds are super comfy, AC works great, and the supplied breakfast is awesome. Gwyny is also a lovely host, very helpful and generous, nothing is too much trouble. The other staff are also very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Langley Cottage, it's like a home away from home. I've stayed a few times, both alone and also with my family, and it's always been a pleasure. My stays there are a highlight of my trips to Coona.

This is a beautiful old home, lovingly restored, well organised, quiet, comfortable and clean. Gwyny is a wonderful host, very generous and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble. Langley Cottage is hands down our favourite place to stay in Coonabarabran, it's a real treat to stay there, and we're looking forward to going back.

Quiet and comfortable.
Lovely little BnB on a quiet street. Our room (number 2, deluxe) faced the street and shared a common wall with the bathroom (for total of 4 rooms to share) but there was no disturbance. Good sized room. Very comfortable and clean beds. Reasonable provisions for breakfast.

After Wotif couldn’t give me arrival instruction after asking them for 3 days, I contacted the owner direct who was so helpful.

Generally, the facilities were very acceptable. Never met Gwynny but spoke on the phone. The only issue was that we had not realised that the bathing facilities comprised only one internal shower toilet room with a separate external toilet and another shower in the external laundry. All this to service possibly 12 guests. There was only one other guest during our stay which was okay for us, otherwise it would have been impossible for us.

This property is very nice and clean. Only thing its not clear during booking is this is basically a house with 3 bedroom and different people can book different room where as the bathroom, dining, kitchen areas are shared among all guest.
