「Lovely, comfy bedroom. Good choice at breakfast. Easy walk into the centre of Ilkley.」

「We stayed here as a couple but also as part of a larger family group, including my niece and nephew (12 and 8 respectively). Our room was the Illingworth room. It was huge, facing out across the road to the lovely old church. Road noise was minimal and the bed extremely comfy with good pillows which were not too soft, perfect for us. We slept well. En suite was well laid out and tastefully decorated. A few hangers were on a rail for our clothes and a hairdryer, iron and ironing board were also...

「Absolutely stunning property, our stay was 5* from start to finish. The ambience & the decor is beautiful but it was the service we received by all of the staff and the food which was the highlight of our trip. Everything we ate & drank was phenomenal & the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definely be back.」

「What a beautiful location. When my wife and i woke up in the morning, we watched the sunrise over the Dales. The same for breakfast as the dining room has ceiling high windows overlooking the cows and sheep grazing in the fields. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfy. We quickly became friends with some of the other guests. The bottom line is that we had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend Throstle Nest Farm. 」

「This hotel had beem recommend to us and it did not disappoint. The room (crows nest) was superb, the facilities were spot on and the menu was excellent (festive theme) great value and food was mega tasty. Cant fault our stay at all」

「I was not impressed being ‘ejected’ , as a resident at the hotel, at 11pm on a Saturday night. As a hotel resident, every where else I have stayed I could get a drink. On this occasion there were probably 15 hotel guests in the bar but we were all evicted. I will not be staying there again.」

「Stayed a few times, always excellent. Rooms, food, beer, staff, can’t fault anything. Not cheap, but worth it. Evening meal was excellent, restaurant quality as opposed to pub grub. 」
