「We had a really great time brought my granddaughter for a spa night for her birthday Everything was good room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good ! 「The room was old and could use some paint. I do not like it when the stiff takes in a different laugh behind your back or even Infront of you. They should speak English at all times. They didn't know what room I was in when I checked out, because they put the wrong room number in the computer.」

「The pool and hot tub are being redone, so they were closed. The ice machines didn’t work on 2 floors. The breakfast was well worth being extra! 」

「The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything.The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice.」

「Great one night stay at the hotel after getting dinner at City Square and some drinks at Minglewood and Grigio. We love the complementary breakfast, chocolates, and rose upon arrival. Very welcoming staff. Carpeting in the room is slightly worn and could use replacing, but otherwise clean and comfortable.」

「Check in clerk was awesome so helpful and caring !! Made checking in a breeze.Even called our room to make sure we were happy with the room ..After traveling all day from Nashville in ice covered roads and many accidents that we passed it was a relief to have someone so caring.」
