The main reason for my 3 star rating was the WiFi access. I stayed at this hotel for 2 different stays in 2 different rooms and the WiFi access in the room was terrible, basically unusable. When I checked at the front desk, they were aware but were unable to do anything. I guess that is just the way it is on the 3rd floor in the room type I had. Nothing else available on a lower floor for my room type. So, I had to go down to the lobby to use the WiFi. Exactly what I wanted to do, spend my nights in the lobby instead of in my room.
If you are not worried about using the WiFi, the poperty was good, room was clean, staff was friendly, rooms seem to be recently renovated. I would stay again if it was not for the WiFi, but will be looking elsewhere in the future, as I stay in Columbia weekly.
Breakfast was a little disappointing unless you want cold cereal or a waffle. (If you are going to provide bagels it would be nice to have something to put on them besides butter.)
