「Great price for a hotel so close to everything! One-bedroom suite was pleasantly spacious and kitchenette had everything we needed. All staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly. I'd be delighted to have the opportunity to stay here again.」

「I have not stayed in such a perfect all around place. Great beds, room layout and laundry facilities in the room!. Above all the staff was fantastic. We were close to everything and the Blue Ridge ferry, which was important to us, never being in NZ before.」

「The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.」

「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」
