"Location is excellent close to bars, restaurants, clubs, beach etc. Our room looked out to adjacent property which was an eyesore! Cleaning staff were excellent. Pools & rooftop deck were well maintained. Would be nice to have a few more umbrellas for shade. Room itself was clean & spacious, would add either a microwave or toaster oven to the kitchenette."

"Loved this property. Modern, clean, easy walk to the Romantic Zone and close to the Cuale River where you can walk over a suspension bridge an explore other other parts of PV. "We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. "The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

Velas Vallarta Suites Resort All Inclusive

"Had a great stay. Beds were comfy. Food was pretty good, could be a little bland depending on what you order, all the classics were excellent. Property is immaculate. 15-20 minute cab ride to explore the Malacon. Make sure to enjoy that area of town. Room was spacious (2bedroom look off). The room did have a musty smell, however the cleanliness of the room offset that. I would go back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you catch some day trips with Valllarta Adventures, they were awesome. Don’t do the San Sebastián trip if your looking for tequila tasting, great host, just kind of lame. Vellas Vallarta was good for us, family with two teens. Everything shuts down at 10:30-11:00pm. It’s not a “party destination”. Which we liked. Quite every night. "

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta – All Inclusive

"This resort was beautiful with a large family pool, an adult only infinity pool with swim up bar and many umbrellas and loungers at the beachfront. The food in the buffet had lots of choices and was very good. We also enjoyed The Grill restaurant on two nights- one was Italian and the other was featuring steak kabobs. The grounds have lots of beautiful vegetation and there are lots of palm trees around the adult pool. Our room had a king bed with a large balcony that looked at the family pool and out towards the palms at the other pool. Some maintenance is needed on the room as towel bars, sink faucet and shower door all needed repair in the bathroom."
