「This is an older hotel that is very well maintained from what I could see. Some of the bathroom amenities are a bit dated but functional. Plenty of hot water and the beds were quite comfortable. Location is amazing if you want to be a part of the heart of PV. Lots of places to eat, drink, and make new friends. 」

「First off, I hate big shiny resorts. This building if rather old and is showing her age. If you are a resort/cruise ship kind of person, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super helpful whenever I needed anything. It is close enough to the Malecon that it is an easy walk down, but a requires a bit more effort on the way up the hill. The payoff is great views of Bay of Banderas. As many have stated, the beds are rather hard, but bearable.」

「I have stayed several times at Los Tules. It is a place where my husband and i like to come back to every year. My biggest complaint is we never know which unit we will be in. Its always an uncomfortable gamble. 」

「La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando al centro o recorrer la bahía a pie. Tienes vista al mar con habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias y con muy buen mantenimiento. 「Lovely stay in Casita number three. Prompt responses from the hosts when we had questions. Other guests super friendly, great location out of the busy little town but still walkable our room didn’t have a view, but we loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and having coffee. 」

「No horno eléctrico , cabellos en la Regadera, no servilletas , no sartenes, rico café , mucha luz por la noche, TV de recámara sin conexión ..」

「We had a lovely stay complicated by a day without water Not the fault of the hotel but a pretty big inconvenience considering we spent our last day on a boat and did not come home till late to NOT have a shower or toilet to come home to or wake up to on our last day was difficult !!! The owner communicated as best they could, but it did dampen our stay. The room and the building were lovely ! Clean and tasteful and super convenient I would totally recommend and love the unit but hauling...
