「Our first experience wasn't great because we discovered the Queens Head wasn't tended full time and we had to call an emergency number. However,we discovered that the sister hotel, the Castle had a room and in the circumstances they paid for a taxi to collect our luggage so all was well in the end. 「All good when we arrived. Room was well prepared with tea, coffee and milk sachets. Lovely towels too. However on the second day of our stay the room was not serviced so we had to buy tea and coffee. Even worse, the towels weren’t replaced so we had to use damp towels the second day. As we paid the full price for each day I think the room should have been serviced the second day.」
