For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel.」

「El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar 」
