「Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. 「City View is nestled in the mountains overlooking Roseau. It is a view to rival Morne Bruce. The Host, Tim L., is friendly and helpful even providing rides into town or back from town when it would work with his work schedule. Roseau is conveniently located to all of the main attractions; so, City View is a great home base. The view, the accommodations, the convenience and the host all make it a great place. 」

「This hotel is in the process of upgrading its facilities and one can tell that this will be a very nice hotel in the future. However, they do need to beef up security as I did not feel that the hotel was properly safe guarded. There were random people coming in to the hotel yelling and shouting aggressively.
