「Expedia had the wrong check-in time. The real time is 3pm. Some buildings on the large property are not in great shape, thought they are not in use currently. It seems they are working on refurbishing some of them. I look forward to visiting again to see how they turn out. Security is good, with cameras in public areas, keycards for entry into the buildings, and codes to get into rooms.」

「In general, that's quite within the standard. But the room does not have the refrigerator and the elevator is old. The location is good, right in front of west farm mall, convenient for shopping.」

「Parking fills up overnight, but with multiple entrances, finding a way in is never an issue. You can also check in online to save time and skip a trip to the front desk. The rooms looked just as they did online, though one outlet was loose and hanging out of the wall—partially hidden between the desk and wall. Otherwise, everything was well-equipped, including the kitchen, bathroom, and bedding. The showerhead and corners had some buildup, but that’s fairly common in mid-range hotels.」
