"Amazing!! Location is perfect, easy walk to shops, restaurants and other historic attractions. Pool and bar are fantastic!! Bed was super comfy, room spacious and the shower has great water pressure which can be a problem in some hotels. On site coffee shop a definite plus for me as a coffee lover. I must give a huge shout out to Chelsea at the front desk. She went above and beyond!! This girl is a gem!! Highly recommend The Ryder!!"

"Our first time in Charleston, and staying at The Charleston Place was the best choice. This hotel is located in an ideal location for dining, shopping and sight seeing. We only took an Uber to and from the airport (about 20 minutes). The hotel is beautiful, clean and pays attention to detail. The nightly turn down service was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel!! We will be back!"

"My oceanfront condo was in the perfect location to see the sunrise and moonset (429)! It was close enough that I could watch my nieces play on the beach as I worked while sitting on the balcony. The room was clean, beds not comfortable and no seasonings at all. Be sure to bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook. Hope you don’t have back problems because the mattress isn't comfortable at all. Staff was pleasant throughout our stay. "

"Coral beach was very visitor friendly from check in to check out, Visited over spring break with my 18yr old senior and we had an amazing time. Conveniently right on the beach and a short distance from everything. The basement restaurant breakfast is okay too. Theres a Starbucks conveniently located onsite. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but we didn’t need much. Overall a good experience, would stay again. "
