"We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant in the lobby, but the menu I saw seemed to have some great dishes. The location was great, with many restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This is always our #1 hotel but we have noticed some decrease in the cleanliness and comfort. We have allergies and noticed the allowing of pets is affecting us more and more so we will have to make a change of hotels when we are Knoxville. The smell of pets and the hair is disgusting. "

"For our business at Cirrus it was walkable to the event daily. We were there to pick up a new plane and this made it very easy."

"We came in to tour the college. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. But we never got housekeeping done to our room. I had to call two times Finally at7:00 pm Sunday night someone brought a couple of towels. Our room when we got there was clean. But it is a noisy hotel."

"The stay was great. We were told on the app we could check in at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4. We had to be at a wedding at 4. However, my friends were staying there so we were able to use their room in the meantime. When we did finally receive our key, the nice gentleman in the front gave us a nice room so that made up for the inconvenience during check in. I would stay there again. Everything was great! "
