「Room was excellent in all respects. Reception was friendly. We could only reach the breakfast room by walking across the car-park, which was not pleasant in the February weather, but the wide selection and generous portions of cooked food available for breakfast add to the overall good value for money offered by this hotel. Having smaller appetites, we would have liked to see some bread or toast alongside the jam and butter on the buffet table or at least to see them mentioned on the menu,...

「Lovely hotel The annexe area is very tired and the bathrooms need updating. The spa was ok but could benefit from an upgrade and maybe some soft relaxing music in the treatment rooms. The staff were ok. No one ‘went the extra mile’ let’s say. Staff need to be more customer focused at times felt like they were putting themselves out to accommodate us when it should be that nothing was too much trouble especially in the spa. This didn’t spoil our stay though. 」

「Really enjoy our two night break. Room was spacious and very clean. Giant comfortable bed. Amazing views of the countryside from the patio with seating and table provided. Nice and quiet too. Breakfast is amazing and very high quality. Best orange juice I've had and top quality fresh fruit with granola. The owners are very welcoming. Will definitely stay again. 」
