「Very comfortable stay, room was clean and en-suite with over shower/bath, plenty of plugs and sockets for all your media needs, bed was comfy and had a good night sleep, no noise at all from inside or outside even though in the middle of Eastwood, I didn’t eat but looked reasonably priced. 」

「Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression! 」

「Another really comfortable stay in quality surroundings and a warm welcome from the staff. The Hart Suite is cosy and welcoming with great views over the surrounding countryside. My first choice of hotel when heading north or south as it’s very conveniently located near the M1 - but feels much further away thanks to its tranquil location. 「Another great stay keep coming back .well decorated rooms clean tidy well equipped. Warm welcome always good choice of breakfast. Quite location with walks right on the door step. With friendly local pub kings head just up the lane 」

「Had a call day before to ask what time we was checking in and give us useful information about the area and what to do. Lady at check in was super nice gave us more tips on the area. Room was warm and clean when arrived. Had kettle and microwave and a mini fridge, no cutlery or plates but that was fine with us. If walking down to the town, it is a very steep hill and takes 15 minutes for the unfit lol. Overall good stay and would stay again. 」

「Good welcome, room was lovely and warm and bedding clean and plenty of pillows and spotlessly clean towels. Nice touch of biscuits and chocolate. Great location and good price. Sadly there were signs of mould around the door and bathroom tiling could do with a more intense cleaning of the grout as orange/yellow build up, plus I shared the bathroom with two very large spiders that were well established as had webs in corners. Having said this, I would use the Wellington again as really convenient...

「The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was extremely comfortable with a large, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and amazing, double sinks, huge shower and a bath, very modern. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we were very happy with our stay there.」
