「My experience at this hotel was great! My wife and I visited from NYC for the Eagles parade with our puppy but was nervous about the checkout times because it was during the parade. Neel and Dominique were very nice and accommodating and made our experience a great one where we didn't have to worry for our fur baby. Whenever we visit Philly again, we know where we'll be coming back to. FLY EAGLES FLY and thanks for making our parade experience a great one!」

「Parking was a little tough be we finally used the right map to find the off street parking. Loved the hotel especially the bar areas and living room areas. Bedroom way too hot but finally figured it out and had AC on even though so cold outside. Elevator wallpaper cool but keypad needs some lights. Also downstairs public bathroom way too dark - would never know if someone had an accident. Otherwise great hotel with lovely staff, 」
