「Everything was fine overall. If you are travelling a distance, don’t be early, as to check-in even an hour early is $50 fee. The room was generally clean, but noted the stairwell area wasn’t on arrival and wasn’t after staying 2 nights. Overall the hotel was a bit older but had a face lift. Staff were generally friendly. The location was decent for our purpose of a soccer tournament.」

「Chose this Hampton due to previous stays at other Hampton Inns. It was as expected, nice amenities, clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. I had two issues that I had never encountered at any other Hampton Inn. I was put off by the parking facilities. 「Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.」
