One star for close to train, highway, and airport. Also close to those noises. Thin ceiling/floors/walls. Sleep bad. Our first room had door lock issues, and was on first floor. The window would not lock and this place is definitely not on millionaires row. The front desk lady wasnt really too concerned with this security breach but was nice enough to move us to another room on second floor when we asked. The elevators dont work and water is being shutoff to entire building at 9am. We have stayed here before several times when it was a decent place. It has really gone downhill since then.

Overall, my stay was great! The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent! However, there were several broken things, the main one being the elevator! We arrived and our type of room wasnt yet available on the first floor, so we had to lug our suitcases up to the FOURTH floor!!! A little heads up would have been nice prior to arriving as i would have likely switched to their other location. I overheard several ofher guests checking in who were not happy about that either. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience either. Several things in the weight room also didn't work. While its not a big deal to some, if youre trying to get in a quick workout, youd expect things to work. The water cooler was even broken and the food in the little store was expired. The ice cream i got was awful and basically slush! I like the La Quinta chain so i am super disappointed. However we had booked this room in advance so im sure my options to switching to another hotel were limited.

The staff is very nice. We asked for an extra towel and some paper bowls and the gentleman was very happy to accommodate us. Beds are comfortable. Sheets on one bed were on inside out. The elevator is out of order. We are on the 3rd floor, have a 79 year old with us that has a bad knee, and, of course, luggage. I went to get ice and the ice machine is out of order. Also, the bathroom was not very clean, still hair, cob webs and other random dirt on the floor. Considering the sheets on inside out, and the bathroom not being clean, I would say their cleaning staff needs to take more care and the hotel should allow them to take the time to clean well.

Elevators were down we were on the 3rd floor with luggage. No doors work at the property all the key fobs were broken so you had to walk thru the front door every time no matter what side of the building you stay on. Sheets were visibly washed but had very prominent stains on them. Towels were not in room had to walk to front desk. Overall will never stay here again..

Elevator was out of service and sounded like it was a reoccurring problem. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs without any assistance and since we were staying here before a flight, we had heavy suitcases. Room was not very clean, the toilet especially and it’s all just generally very run down. Staff was very kind and nice - but the overall condition of this property leaves much to be desired.

I booked four days here, while the room was not clean up during the period even though I asked for two times. The elevator was out of order all the time so I have to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor by stair. You can hear the noise from upper floor all night. It’s terrible

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. My room/bathroom were very clean. The location is convenient to the highway and close to grocery stores/restaurants. The cost was reasonable. Cons: Ground floor room and the window didn't lock. There was no temperature control on the PTAC unit. The room was much too warm and with no way to control the temperature, I ended up unplugging the unit.
