「Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. 」

「The apartment was amazingly clean. There was everything in there you could want Communication was outstanding. Very close to all amenities. All within 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this apartment. Number 10 」

「Lovely clean caravan. Plenty of space inside and out. Communication with owners was good, with fast replies. Location was good with easy access to shops, bars, entertainment and beach. 」

「Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!」

「Well equipped and located holiday home. Lightning quick responses from the host. Highly recommended. Remember to read the information booklet first!」

「Our (very short) stay was terribly disappointing. We arrived at 3pm to find the place hadn't been cleaned well at all, with crumbs and hair around the place, the bathtub full with grimey water and hairs floating in it and wet towels folded and left on the beds. We unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency at 8pm that same night, so didn't sleep in the house at all, but the host refused to refund any money as we had booked for a 2 night stay. Communication with the host was great...

「Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. 」

物超所值的好選擇

"位於Bristol city Centre, 地點非常方便，要走到購物區、大學、博物館都是步行10分鐘可達距離。附近有很多餐廳、商店、小超市，交通也有多班公車，去吊橋、火車站都很便利。飯店本身是很漂亮的歷史建築，房間寬敞，早餐是英式傳統早餐式的自助餐，一定吃得飽！是到Bristol的絕佳選擇。"

"房子不大，但是很舒服，该有的都有。我们定了两个房子，房源紧张，但是给我们安排了门对门。我们很满意了。离巴斯浴场等热门景点走路四分钟。周围很多餐厅。早餐自助餐，很典型的欧式早餐。很丰富。入住和退房都很快。很典型的希尔顿。推荐。"

"The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good."
