「This property was great for our needs as a softball family. It was clean, efficient, and quiet. They met all of our needs and the facilities were well kept. 」

「We were visiting family. The hotel was mostly clean, but you had to struggle to get the shower to work and there were spots on shower wall where things had broken off and not been replaced. There were no kleenex in the box for that. Overall it was still a good stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 」

When we first walked into the lobby, the short haired gray headed lady did not acknowledge our presence until it was time for us to check in. However, the couples who came in behind us, she did acknowledge while checking us in. She specifically told me one room number but wrote another one on the key card. 「The general manager and desk manager were very pleasant to talk with. The facility appears to be the choice of multiple baseball team members who were very well mannered. Our dog gives Homewood a five paw review.」

「Everything was great about the property except for the smell. Once I got off on the 3rd floor, there was a hint of some kind of strong odor that only intensified when I got into my room. I asked another guest and she said her room didn't smell but mine was very pungent」

「The staff was accommodating to place us in a room close by when we needed to move due to several issues in our current room. Their maintenance tech, Aaron was very pleasant when he tried to address the issues. He apologized and even made sure that our next room met with our expectations. We will definitely return. 」
