I’m giving this hotel three stars. The room itself was pretty clean. The bedding, which is the most important, was fine. But the negatives were that there was no hot water in my shower in the morning, but the sink hot water did work. There were some stains on the meager towels as well. And there were some sort of sketchy characters at the hotel. The hallways smelled of smoke from the smoking rooms and there was a guy with his shirt unbuttoned late at night when I was coming in. It’s definitely not the worst place by far, but it’s a little rough around the edges.

We had No hot water most of our stay. The people in room next to us had people coming and going all night. I think they were selling drugs out of thier room

My keycard would only work sometimes and the room was grimy, the light cover was hanging off the light and the shower had mold and the ceiling had clear water damage. The man at checkin was great and very nice but everything else left a lot to be desired.

After I had unpacked everything into my room I opened the microwave only to find someone's food left inside. Needless to say this room was not throughly cleaned. Then the heat would not come on and it kept blowing cold air and it was only 38 degrees outside. Front desk had to move me to another room so I had to repack and move it all across the hall. Noisy local workers all over the place .whereas the front desk had to speak to them numerous times. Was going to get a discount for all the inconveniences until they found out I booked online. So what are you going to do about it, Expedia? Doubt I will use you again since I was unaware of your process for booking online. I will go directly to the hotel next time but I certainly wouldn't stay at this Quality Inn EVER AGAIN!

A pile of dirty soiled laundry sat in our hallway for the two days we were there. Jacuzzi jets didn't work and the nozzle outlets were filthy. The sheets were some strange scratchy material.

No elevator but the room is clean and roomy. Shopping and dining are close by. So far, it's nice and quiet (I'm writing this before spending the night or trying their promised hot breakfast). Happy to have ended up here!

The room was not cleaned nor did they offer to move us with someone elses hair in shower wall dirty sheets and unwashed makeup stained washcloths! The worst of it was someone before us had bloody nose or something and the pillowcase had blood on it all the lady did was give us 2 new pillow cases I'm disappointed and disgusted!! My poor kids had to sleep on the person's mess before us!!!

Very quiet. Wife said she'd go back. We were disappointed that the pool was unavailable due to servicing and that the bathtub lacked a plug. Hopefully, both will be resolved soon.

The property was a good value. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was strong. The breakfast was serviceable. It would have been nice to have some fruit, but the waffle maker was good.
