Room and public places were very clean. Indoor pool was okay but not sparkling. Hot coffee and tea on at all times. Staff friendly. Nice and quiet location up on hill. Aldi nearby. Could hear the showers on floor above or next room, a little loud. But I would stay here again, nothing really bad. Comfortable bed and clean room.

So when we got to the property we checked in and then a staff member chased us down the hall because they thought that someone was already in our room. They literally knocked on the door and walked into it to make sure there was no one in it. The remote to the TV had no batteries. The TV was on and all the buttons on it were broken. The shower screamed when it was turned on. Super loud. Like a man yelling. And it kept screaming for 20 minutes. The water pressure was low. Overall I would call this place a low quality inn. The only way it would be worse is if I'd seen hookers in the parkinglot but I didn't see that.

I’m giving this hotel three stars. The room itself was pretty clean. The bedding, which is the most important, was fine. But the negatives were that there was no hot water in my shower in the morning, but the sink hot water did work. There were some stains on the meager towels as well. And there were some sort of sketchy characters at the hotel. The hallways smelled of smoke from the smoking rooms and there was a guy with his shirt unbuttoned late at night when I was coming in. It’s definitely not the worst place by far, but it’s a little rough around the edges.

We had No hot water most of our stay. The people in room next to us had people coming and going all night. I think they were selling drugs out of thier room

My keycard would only work sometimes and the room was grimy, the light cover was hanging off the light and the shower had mold and the ceiling had clear water damage. The man at checkin was great and very nice but everything else left a lot to be desired.

After I had unpacked everything into my room I opened the microwave only to find someone's food left inside. Needless to say this room was not throughly cleaned. Then the heat would not come on and it kept blowing cold air and it was only 38 degrees outside. Front desk had to move me to another room so I had to repack and move it all across the hall. Noisy local workers all over the place .whereas the front desk had to speak to them numerous times. Was going to get a discount for all the inconveniences until they found out I booked online. So what are you going to do about it, Expedia? Doubt I will use you again since I was unaware of your process for booking online. I will go directly to the hotel next time but I certainly wouldn't stay at this Quality Inn EVER AGAIN!

Interior of rooms is showing a lot of wear & tear, molding and walls showing damage. The hotel chain needs to start reinvesting in room quality. If the conditions do not improve, I will seek a newer/updated venue nearby.

I don’t write reviews, but I was disappointed with this hotel. The front desk was not so nice. The bed was so uncomfortable that we barely slept the first night. I actually slept on the floor the second night we were there way better than the bed. I would not stay there again, and we travel a lot.
