「arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our rooms. 」

「Hotel owners were very nice and friendly, but the employees were rude and un-welcoming. As a foreign traveler, it is very unhelpful and disheartening when others laugh at your language abilities, and this was my experience with the two female staff who checked me in. Miriam and the other hotel manager were super nice, but the staff were strange and did not make me feel comfortable. 」

「El desayuno no es variado, estuve una semana hospedada y el desayuno todos los días igual no presenta varias opciones. No informan que hubo cambios en el horario de tomar el desayuno y llego antes de 10 am e informan que ese día el desayuno era hasta las 9:30 am. Favor comunicar e informar los cambios en el servicio. 」
