「Our second stay at this fabulous property. A lovely upscale place just off the 101, perfect when traveling but would love to spend a little time there. Close to Santa Barbara and Ventura with a lovely little town down the street with shops, coffee and a great restaurant. A must stay! 」

「No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」

「First, I don't look for fancy in a hotel room. Instead, it's about convenience, location and the service, and this place has all three in spades. The best aspect about staying here was Ameil at the front desk (BTW, he has a college degree in hospitality). Nearly every morning I would get a cup of coffee (local from SB Roasting Company!) and an apple (not gross red delicious but honey crisp), and sometimes a pastry (also local from up north), and I would chat with Amil about all kinds of topics....

「Jennifer and Greg are awesome! The hotel is near to the beautiful beach, walk to downtown only take about 20 minutes. A wonderful place to stay!」

「We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated. Across the street there was a roof top pool, it's cold but we were able to enjoy a clear skyview on the roof. The location is perfect, right across...
