"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...

"il soggiorno è stato tutto sommato accettabile, la posizione un po' rumorosa (è in centro al paesino), l'intonaco del bagno non perfetto e mancava l'acqua calda (appena tiepida...). i letti molto comodi, la camera spaziosa. "Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops."
