「Resort itself is very nice, next to 'KOK river. The staff however are not always professional. The GM Eric was rude in the begining and didnt care about the inconvenience that the check in staff brought to us, by ordering us either to move out or move to other room on the 2nd day. We bookef 5 nights and the only request we had is gave us a room that we dong need to move and it was agreed. But unfortunately, this waa not the case, we were told by late evening on our 2nd day we have to move to...

「Overall the hotel met my expectations. Room was large and hotel had all facilities for customer. Staff respond was slow when I requested ice cube. Gym had no view 」
