「All good, the only let down was no internet, and as a working stay , no work could be done, But that was the only down side. My evening meal and breakfast were excellent.」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

「This was a surprise stop for us, and we were super grateful for it. The hotel had comfortable beds, great food, excellent staffing, and just a really amazing bar (please try the French 75!). Our room was a cold, and they brought us extra blankets and a space heater immediately. Very responsive and attentive to guest needs. Perhaps our only quibble, and I say this to help the staff who must want to tear out their hair during each shift, is with the music: there is a kind of easy listening...

「Such a warm and friendly welcome for a solo traveler. Shown to my room which had great facilities if you require disabled facilities. Explained the key requirements for room access. The room was comfortable and extra heaters provided for a warm and cosy stay in such an old beautiful building. Unfortunately due to the current atmospherics of the weather conditions, provided limited viewing of TV for my stay. 「Great accommodation, very clean and well equipped 😊 Our hostess Jane was lovely. This was ideal for our weekend in and around Ludlow. Would definitely recommend annd return. Only slight drawback, is that there is no on site parking if this is very important for you. But there is cheap parking only a couple of minutes away. It was not a problem for us. 」
