My only gripe is after booking a non-refundable room, the hotel contacted to stay that we would have to pay a further £20 per person should we will to use the pool! I could understand if we wanted to treatments but surely guests should have access to the pool during certain hours if staying at the hotel! "

"Great location - right next to Racecourse and very walkable to city centre. Car park a bit pricey. Brasserie good although was quiet when we used it in the evening (excellent service and great views though). Room was comfortable with huge bed, all usual amenities and good, modern bathroom."
