「Check in was terrible, they couldn't find the reservation, and when they did, they couldn't put the 2 rooms side by side, and they were supposed to be identical. They ended up separating the rooms 4 rooms apart and then one of the rooms was the wrong type, not the one we paid for. Then there was a weird baby powder garbage smell in the entire hotel.
