「I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l」

「The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price...

「Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them」

「Apartments were clean and functional, decent location. However the budget price naturally came with budget characteristics . Oddly the blind in one of the bedrooms only covered 90% of the window. It a 5/6" window so pretty big and fine if you want an early start. The rainfall shower came from a tall 10" ceiling. Given no one can reach to clean the shower head so its blocking up with limescale. Configuration of one of the room means the bed is no where near any of the plugs..,. not useful if...

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff very attentive and helpful. Got an upgraded room which was great. Food a tad expensive and we all thought the desserts were bland. Spa was good but can't comment on treatments as didn't have any. Would recommend.」
