「Massanutten itself is a great facility, but a bit dated in a lot of ways. They keep adding new things, but do not really keep what they have current or updated. 」

「Checkout at 10 am and having activities planned still at their property was a little skittish but otherwise love this place」

「The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. 」
