"Our family enjoyed the pool and it was easy to find from our hotel room. We enjoyed that it was walking distance from the mall and local restaurants. The staff was friendly. When we got to our room we noticed a strange smell and there was dried ketchup stuck to the panel under the sink. We enjoyed the balcony view of the pool but when it was time to go to bed, the walls were so thin it was hard to fall asleep right away. "

"Everything was great, except we needed to leave at 3 a.m., and the front door was locked. We called the number on the desk but no one answered. My husband had to manually unlock the door so we could leave. I thought that was strange."

"We choose this hotel though expedia... not knowing that when we arrived the hotel was closing forever... not knowing what to do called expedia was told they would get us another hotel... they promised us a free night plus a cheaper rate for the next day...... tjis did not happen as we had to pay again for the stay at the ramada... as we had already paid for a 2 day stay at this hotel.. so our 2 day stay cost us 3 days stay ... needless to say we are not impressed with our expedia...
