Morning and afternoon staff is perfectly fine.
The night staff don't want to be bothered mostly. Using the Bonvoy app for Marriot with the night staff was useless as the night staff either never showed up, took 2-3 hours to show up, or called 2-3 hours after basic requests (towels, linen) to see if I was awake and marked the request as complete despite not showing up. It was easier to go to front desk and make requests, which they generally seemed annoyed about.
Dishwasher in my room was broken. Leaked soapy water across the floor. Told front desk and they sent a maintenance person who just wiggled something back into place. The leak was coming from BEHIND the dishwasher, so I just never bothered turning it on again and used it as a drying rack instead.
The other guests are generally fine and respect the quiet hours. Even the families with kids were respectful. There is a lot of coming and going on the first floor, but not enough to be bothersome.
