「Excellent séjour. Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux sites (visite de Santa Margherita, Portofino, Rapallo). Très confortable, très propre. Literie très confortable. Parking dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel ce qui est très rare. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux, complet, cappuccino, latte macchiato, chocolat chaud délicieux. Un petit bémol : on entend un peu les occupants des chambres voisines. 」

「Good location. 15 mins from the train station to the hotel. From the hotel to the beach and town it's only take 5 to 10 mins (depends where you want to go). This hotel have the best coffee during braekfast in town. Staffs are quite helpful. However, there is one day the staff forgot to make the room and the air-conditionar is not working well on the first day. But the next day they fixed it. 」

「Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. 「Tout ! Personnel, chambre, spa, piscine, soin... La moindre petite attention était parfaite, à notre arrivée à l'accueil, dans la chambre, pendant le séjour, lors du départ... Tout était exceptionnel. Le fait qu'il y ait du personnel qui parle français était un plus. La petite part de gâteau avec une bougie le matin au petit déjeuner pour l'anniversaire de ma femme était une très agréable surprise !! Merci pour tout.」
