The owner was fantastic at organising the river tours, buses and plenty of tips. had free use of the bikes so could cycle around the area. Was always on hand to help if you needed anything. 「Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast.
