The landscaping, grounds, rooms, pool and weight room were outstanding. You get your own little Villa room with a small kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and oversized bathroom! Great!!!! My only issue is the NO outside food and beverage at the pool. I don't drink alcohol or eat certain foods. So then serve health things like Olipop, sparkling water, hummus and veggies, jerky, protein drinks, cottage cheese and trail mix! I don't want greasy chicken nugget, chips and fries! Some people eat healthy!!!!

Overall property was in good condition. "Resort fee" was a bit much IMHO. Upon entry, my room looked tidy with the exception of the center bedroom alcove which had many deep stains all over the carpet. Gross. Why not just put laminate flooring in the entire room? Probably won't be staying here again.

This place is amazing!! My room was so cute and the private balcony was amazing. Water pressure was good, bar at the pool was great! The pool was clean and slightly warmed for the time of year we went. The staff was super nice and helpful… they turned us on to Elmers, a great local restaurant. My only negative was no blackout curtains. We definitely woke up to the sun rise. Definitely not the end of the world and I will stay there again.

I really liked this property it was so unique and very cute. The front desk people were so nice. The bartender at the pool wasn't very friendly but also wasn't open past 4pm when we got there Sunday. I loved the designs of the rooms and the grounds were so pretty with Trees and foliage. The restaurant wasn't open Sunday or Monday so we didn't get to try which was disappointing bc it looks good. Our fan in our bathroom didn't work and we didn't have any soap in our shower but otherwise everything was great. They did send workers to fix fan but still didn't work and didn't mention anything to us. I would stay there again as the price was really reasonable and they had pickleball which was fun too.

The property is a hidden gem. The resort is tranquil, with hedges that surrounded our bungalow and provided privacy. There were spaces throughout the property to sit outside and enjoy the amenities.

Enjoyed Paloma for one evening. A little noisy until about 11:30/12:00am but then settled. They did have a full house so hard to keep everyone quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room needs some TLC and was really dusty ( especially with ceiling fan going). Unique spot and decent choice for a night or two.

I would have provided full marks but we had to wait an hour when we arrived for our room to be ready (they did comp us with a couple of free Palomas). Very nice rooms and the staff were super friendly/helpful overall.

A solid stay at the Paloma! The area was quiet and clean and our room was cozy! My only critiques were that it was difficult to find parking if you came back to the resort after 10PM. Also, The check in wasn’t very smooth - but it wasn’t the staffs fault! There were issues with the key systems - I just wish they were more attentive and apologetic. Overall - would visit again!

I have very mixed feelings about this property. Overall the good aspects of my stay outweighed the BAD however there were a succession of minor hiccups & over sights which were hard to ignore. The property itself was cute. The bungalows were tasteful & cute as was the pool area etc. Mostly it felt as if the problems arose from poor management or lack of well trained staff. Ranging from no front desk for check in, no pool towels for hours two days in a row, no toilet paper in pool bathroom despite me letting staff know for over 24 hours, the previous days towels & dishes left at the pool area well into the next day with no tidy up (no wonder there were never clean towels !!!!), and a room key which needed a new battery , no big deal but it took 40 min to track down someone to do so . We were seriously late for our dinner as we waited to lock our room & very nearly just left it unlocked with our valueables secured in our car. Nancy & others at the bar were fabulous but many little things were just slightly subpar. As well as the pervasive stink of old oil from the restaurant . But even after all that it was a positive experience which could be changed to excellent with a little more oversight & attention to detail.
