"This property was unbelievable, super clean and beautiful scenery.The staff most importantly were super friendly and courteous. When you check in they take your bag and take you to your room in on a golf cart. Front desk was on top of their game. Our air condition broke on our last night but when we called they came right away and fixed the problem. The buffet food was amazing way better than if you pick the restaurants. The entertainment during the day was super fun lots of dancing and pool excersices. If you stay here on a Friday night the beach party at was super fun. I would come back here over and over again. Ignore the negative comments because half of these comments on here are not true. Shout out to Kearly who welcomes us with cappuccinos every morning at the buffet breakfast ! :). "

"My friend and I just got back from vacation and we were sad to leave! The staff are such kind, hardworking, and positive people. The entertainment crew: “Baby Angelo, Maria, Tinkerbell, Vanilla Ice, Carlos, and Roberto” were energetic, amazing people. They planned entertaining, fun daily activities that you could join or not. The days and evenings were equally enjoyable. The rooms were always clean, the pools (quiet pool and social pool) were both beautiful spots. The beach was amazing and clean. The restaurants were delicious. I wish they had more opportunities to book the popular Italian restaurant when new traveler's arrive. I vegan, and while there were a lot of veggies and fruit options at buffets, it would have been nice to have more vegan option at restaurants. My friend said the meat was amazing though. I would definitely come back to this resort! It exceeded our expectations. "
