「Elevator was out the whole time of our stay. Had to use the staff elevator which was in poor condition. Then even the staff elevator was out. Manager was not accommodating - claimed he did not know. We were on the 5th floor (highest floor) so had to go down 10 flights of stairs - and the lights were out in the staircases. Had to use phone flashlights. We were in the Diamond Club which we paid more for exclusivity and highest accommodations. My mom was a bad foot so she was bound to the room most...

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
