Could not be more accommodating

"The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. My husband has a dietary condition and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make him food that he could enjoy even though it wasn’t on the menu. The hotel staff went out of their way to be pleasant and make this an extremely enjoyable ..."

"We were booked in to no. 9 but moved as we had been doubled booked. No. 2 Apartment described as recently refurbished - bathroom has not been updated in 20 plus years. Upon speaking to Donnini - refurbishment means a new settee and table & chairs in the kitchen! Apartment was not clean - marks on ..."
