「the staff was very attentive and made good on an issue with the room with no hesitation. Safety wise was not good with all the ice in the back lot. The front was maintained but the back was not safely accessible. I would otherwise recommend the hotel and plan on staying again as we come to the area monthly.」

「Very friendly staff! Checked in to a king room but it smelled like stale smoke (possibly because it was once a smoking room). Front desk apologized and switched us to another room. Easy peasy fix! 」

「It’s okay. I’d stay there again. Our stay was in January and there was a blizzard. So it wasn’t walkable and not the type of conditions to check the outside around the hotel. The restaurant on the property was outstanding.」

「It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!」

「There was NOWHERE for the customers (Hotel customers) to park!!! That part was rediculas!! Anyone who wasn't staying at the hotel should not have been here, let alone taking ALL the parking places!!!!」

「Only issue was- the TV was at an awkward place near the bathroom and my husband hit his head on it. I was afraid we may need 911! It kinda sticks out . Otherwise all was very nice! Tissues in the room would be a plus and WATER! Def will be stay again! Staff very friendly and price great! Thank you! 」
