「It was perfect for overnight to cruise ship. The city is walkable with an excellent city pass for sites. The mosaics are wonderful in the city. Make sure you know how to walk thru the train station to get on the right side of the street. You do not need to walk all the way around the station, the hotel is on the opposite side of the city center.」

「Buon Hotel in posizione ottimale rispetto al centro. Colazione completa di dolce e salato, personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura però è un po datata, avrebbe bisogno di un restyling almeno nelle camere. In camera tv con pay ma con schermo piccolo, scomodo. Parcheggio disponibile ma non ispira sicurezza. Facilmente accessibile a chiunque e non sorvegliato.」

「無論你有冇掛請勿打擾既牌起門外，有會有人入房清潔，所以一定要鎖行李箱，拖鞋丶沐浴露、洗頭水都是不提供的，所以記得自備。房間相對較小，有提供早餐，床褥和枕頭挺舒服的。」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
