Staff accessed out room without permission
"I stayed for one night only. Experienced THREE times staffs opened our door without knocking. I think it is basic for hotel staff to know which rooms are occupied and should not accessed. Such mistake is unacceptable.
Be fair, the location is good, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Room is clean. "
