「What a surprise this hotel was. Such a gem in Maibu .they give you a super cool car/ surf boards / wet suits . Staff were amazing - so friendly but not over the top so you feel like you’re staying in your own little place. Amazing attention to detail. Coifee brought to your room in the morning. 「Have stayed here before, so that is why I booked here again. Everything was fine. As I have noticed in most hotels, better cleaning in the corners of the carpers and under desks could always be improved. 「Its a good experience but a bit confusing. A huge hotel that seems new but they didnt have their ducks in a row - they ran out of breakfast before it ended (8:40am), they didn't offer room service (despite us being there for 3 nights), and they didnt have enough blankets (we needed 2 extra).
