Apartment very nice with fantastic view. Issues though to reach the unit as one out of teo elevators was out of service and the remaining one did not work properly and you ended up on wrong floor now and then. Rather frustrating so I will book a hotel when returning in o e week

I would stay again and again. It is a wonderful property. The pool is breathtaking at sunset. A full kitchen came in handy. The view was stunning. I plan to stay here again.

El lugar bien, pero tiene un problema de cucarachas - cockroach - muy fuerte. No se puede dejar nada de comida por fuera porque llegan las cucarachas.

The room was pretty nice overall. It had a nice view of the bay and great amenities like wifi, ac, washer and dryer, kitchen, nice bathroom, electric blinds, smart tv, balcony, etc. It was very safe with the rotating security guards in the lobby who were very kind. Building is connected to the mall where you can exchange money and the grocery store where you can find pretty much everything. The pool was nice and overlooked the ocean. The ocean itself was comfortable and refreshing. It's walkable to the city (~15-20min) which is pretty safe, but you also can always find an uber in the area to take you for very cheap compared to the US. The only real downside is don't leave your food out, or you'll get cockroaches. Communicate with the property if this happens and they'll provide complementary cleaning.

Special shout out to SAIRA at the front desk excellent customer service. This condo was beautiful it has a 360 view of the ocean and the naval , the castles the yachts the entire Cartagena view . Apt. Was clean that only negative I can say about this apt was that there was cockroaches!!!!! So I had to leave the bathroom , living room and even the walk in closet on because if I turn it off cockroaches came out . They were small ones but still . I stayed a whole week and I probably killed 6 cockroaches. If it wasn’t for the amazing view that we had in the apt . I would’ve left . This place had security 24/7 there was a person always opening the door for you at any hour. The view was a 20/10!!!!!! Spectacular !!!! ( apt had electric blinds) and huge balcony. I would stay a this property again even though it have the cockroaches issue.

Property is nice, but a lot of issues with insects and cockroaches in the apartment. Cleaner came twice to deal with them but still had the issue. Air conditioning is very loud and WiFi isn’t great

No guests! They should that part in the details. No room cleaning, not a problem, but it is worth noting. The staff of the building and the young lady who gave me a walk through on how to work everything were wonderful. Convenient, secure, and close to everything. View of the bay and walk out downstairs the beach is right across the street. Excellent location!!

Amazing view and amenities!

amazing view to Cartagena city and water front. Comfortable bed, A/C a big plus, kitchen fully equipped. Diana was very attentive and communicated with to coordinate check in on time and check out. Building pool has a beautiful view to the beach there’s a shopping mall with lots of restaurants downstairs within the building so very convenient. They charge 10,000 pesos flat rate to go to the old city each way that is like $3 us dollars very inexpensive. It had all toiletries to Be honest is my best stay on a private apt soo far.
