「This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing views. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time travelling with my 7 month old dog but the staff and owners were fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Smells amazing. There is a large enclosed back garden for dogs to run and enjoy. 5 resident dogs who are all beautiful and love to play. 「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「Stayed 2 nights. Room was unusual in that it was an internal room - no windows! Had we known we probably would have chosen something else but they were booked out. Had a skylight so that stayed open. Room was clean and apart from no windows, was just fine. We ate in the restaurant/bar area. Not bad but not a huge choice. 「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Amazing apartment for me , my husband and our 2 young children. The management were so welcoming and very helpful. We stayed over Christmas and we had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us very spacious and clean. There was also a play area outside our apartment for our girls to run about and play. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much 😊 」
