I have stayed her before. Ill say this, the quality, service and overall upkeep have extremely declined . The room we stayed in had a awful burnt plastic smell, there was what looked to be spilled beer on the lobby floor next to the elevator that had been there for 24 hours with no one to clean it up. The overall up keep was bad, cracked tiles on the elevator, scuffs all over the baseboards, it seems like no maintenance has been completed since it was built.
The biggest issue I had was as around 1 am i was coming in from getting food . I find this man passed out from what looked to be alcohol . I asked if he was ok, where he is from, his name. With no response or words i couldn't understand. I went to tell the front desk, he was no where to be found. Finally I found someone who was working the front. He said "sorry im playing pokemon go". I told him about the issue and he said " ill be honest im in a heated battle right now and will deal with him after". This man needed to be seen by EMS. This is a huge liability for Marriott. A man on your property needing medical attention, and your staff did not care at all. I called 911 myself got someone to come look at him while your staff played pokemon go. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and Marriott is liable as the worker knew about this mans status.
